In some cases Metatrader is configured to not allow automated trading, please check this article to see if this is the issue.

If your download link expired or can’t find it anymore, or if you need to download a product you purchased again this is the solutions.

You need to login to your profile and browse your “Purchase History”, here you will find the links to your assigned products.

If you don’t have an account you need to create one using the same email you used in the purchase.
